The processing of personal data in the aforementioned scope is part of the economic activity conducted by the Administrator and is necessary to provide Customers with information, products and services.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Purposes of the processing of personal data<\/h2>\n<p>Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>answering the question in the form.<\/li>\n<li>presenting an offer regarding the services or products offered by the Administrator, as well as information about new solutions being introduced,<br \/>\nproper performance of the contract concluded with the Administrator (including for tax, social security, complaint or guarantee purposes) in the event of concluding a contract for the provision of services to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your personal data can be made available to recipients who directly provide services to the Administrator (including subcontractors, cooperating entities and companies related to the Administrator with whom processing entrustment agreements have been concluded).<\/p>\n<p>Your personal data may only be transferred to third parties or international organizations that provide adequate safeguards, and provided that there are enforceable rights of data subjects and effective remedies, or if the European Commission determines that this third parties, territory or a specific sector or specific sectors in that third country or the international organization concerned ensures an adequate level of protection.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
